I'll probably work 10 - 4 - so the girls won't be alone for more than 9 hours (which is still long for them but standard with an 8-5 job) then ....once I find a place to live closer to work...go to a regular schedule ...even better is he told me there'll be times I can WORK FROM HOME !!! He said as long as he and I are in communication then sometimes I won't even have to go to the office  That really caught my attention lol - I have a long commute for a bit, but once I move I think it's going to be perfect for us
The company is very laid back and I think I'll love working there - I'll be working in MS Publisher alot ....there's room for advancement and the people are really nice -
