I don't think this will be her as she is a blue merle shetland sheepdog or sheltie. Not the same as a collie and I don't think the color description matches.
She is absolutely beautiful and so lucky to have found you! She reminds me of our own gorgeous Candy who left us for rainbow bridge when she was 13 years old. I hope you find her family.
