It may be that for some...but others it's just the money. I know some who I wasn't trying to buy a puppy from...just friends who talk constantly about the money they're constantly shelling out to AKC. I don't think it was the regulations. I also have several friends who say AKC screws things up a lot with blood tests, etc. and they have had to send the same DNA in multiple times that their expense because AKC made mistakes. Again, I'm undecided. I don't really know which I agree with...but I'm just stating that I wasn't talking about the regulations.
