Language proficiency increases the more time spent on it.
I have had children from many various countries come and in 6 months they learn the language.
Their brains are like sponges, it is so rewarding ... to watch them blossom.
well people are always coming and going at the orphanage to teach... church groups go.. highschools go... and not all of them teach english, but will work on other things like crafts and stuff.. so i get the impression that there are always 50-100 volunteers there at any time.. some stay a week.. like us.. some are there for a year... i know already i'll be going back
