does she still eat it though? If she does then i'd just leave the situation alone, but that is my opinion. I think that if you start adding food to their food then they will expect it to be there all the time and will not eat their dog food without it. You can try maybe adding a little wet food to her dry food and mixing it all together so that she has to eat everything and not pick.
