We are having a mid afternoon thanksgiving with my inlaws and their huge family (and we don't usually eat too well there  ) so I am making a breakfast just for my family that morning. What i'm making is a yummy "quiche" with eggs, asparagus, potatoes, cheese, eggs a little canadian ham and you put it in a pie crust, it is so good! I'm also making a wonderful spinache salad with dried cranberries, kiwi, pears, mandarin oranges & poppy seed dressing (it's sooo good!! and i can't wait to eat it!! LOL)
if anyone wants these recipes, let me know. They are really good, although i've never made them myself, they are recipes that i gathered from the year when attending other parties that had these dishes. |
