I have been a vegetarian for almost 10 years now. I started when I turned 13. I was never a very big meat eater growing up. I truely just hate the taste and the fat. It just grossed me out I did love boneless chicken though but couldn't stand the veins that would sometimes be in the chicken. I do take regular vitamins daily. I don't miss it at all. My fiance is a meat eater so that is kind of hard but whatever I make him, I make for myself as well but with fake meat. I love the morningstar products at the grocery store. The Quorn, Smart Diet (I think that is what it is called) and Amy products are good too. The only hard thing is going to resturants. It seems to be getting better lately but when I first became vegetarian all I could eat was salad and grilled cheeses. I have not read skinny bitch yet but have been meaning too. I could never give up my dairy though. I buy organic milk and eggs but I just love my ICE CREAM!!!! hehe.
