Hi all---
With Thanksgiving just around the corner (uh, tomorrow...) I am reading about a few people who are vegans or vegetarians and what they will do for Turkey Day. Not mentioning any names in case y'all don't want them mentioned, but I know of at least 3 YTers that are either vegans or vegetarians...
Anywho, what I'm wondering is...how did you start doing this? What are your reasons? Do you take supplements or vitamins of any kind to help with diet? I have never been a huge meat fan, but THEN AGAIN, there are times when I CRAVE a burger (probably makes y'all sick

) or what have you. Also, with Turkey Day and Christmas just around the corner, don't you MISS that Turkey and Ham and such? Granted, I probably eat turkey 3 times a year and ham like 5-10, so it's no big thing. But it just seems like the holidays would be tough for me ??
Anyway, I just want any basic info you all are willing to give me on any and all aspects of vegan or vegetarian. BTW, I LOVE dairy so there's no possible way I could be a vegan. EVER. But please give info on them! I would so appreciate it!!
