Well we are having a mixture of a Puerto Rican and American Thanksgiving. As we are Puerto Ricans.

Pavochon (Turkey made with a special seasoning they use in Puerto Rico)
Arroz con Gandules (Rice with a tradicional bean of Puerto Rico)
Mofongo Stuffing (instead of the regualr stuffing I'm using mofongo which is smashed fried green plantain)
Homemade Mashed potatoes
Green bean Casserole
bread rolls
Desert:
Cheesecake
