Like I've said before, this is not true...boys don't spray...if you don't have them neutered, they will lift their legs(if they've been neutered before they mature, they may lift their legs to pee(but, I have a female shih tzu that lifts hers up to pee also), it's not a sexual thing before they mature, it's a dominance thing, and my girls try to show their dominance also by humping
