I hate to say it but if you are looking for a cheap good quality healthy yorkie, you aren't going to find one for these prices.
At times however there are some yorkies on YT for this price, but not too often.

If you are on a small budget I would look into rescue. They usually have some great yorkies available for adoption. Try www.petfinder.com

Also a little tip, I have never seen anyone offer a "teacup puppy" for a low price. The term tea cup is a marketing ploy to get as much money as possible so it isn't likely that they would offer one at such a low price without it being a scam or a sickly pup.

If you have your heart set on a tiny yorkie, your best bet is going with a reputable breeder. You are going to be paying a good price though, $1000 but atleast you will know it is healthy. Reputable breeders don't advertise them as teacups but on occasion they will have some tiny ones available.
