Did the vet give her more than one shot? I think it is best, especially for the tinies, which yours is based on it's weight, to only get one shot at a time and wait three weeks between shots. They are so little and the shots are strong and giving more than one can make them sick. Don't let him give LEPTO ever and there are is only one vaccine that is required by law, and that is the rabies which small yorkies shouldn't get until 6 months because of the potency of the shot.
I would research the web because there is a lot of controversy on whether our pets are over vaccinated and what the ramifications of this are. I am constantly researching this area because I believe that many of the ailments our babies develop are because of these strong vaccines.
I would take her to a homepathic vet and get a second opinion.
