Technically all that stuff is for kids and their stuffed dogs.. I asked a sales associate about it yesterday and he said that it is meant to be for kids who only have a stuffed dog. It is kind of something that is supposed to help teach them responsibility as they also sell a dog that actually cries and acts like a puppy so that they have to take care of it..
