I've taken Jewel there to the imaging center- the staff there were wonderful when I was taking Jewel. They will put a dye in her and follow the path the dye takes to see if she has a shunt. The doctor is a little dry but he definitely know his stuff. You will only see him for a few minutes but they will give you a full written report and if you ask, they will give you a disk with her images on it that you can see for yourself at home. You will know for sure if it is a shunt or not.

I'm really close to them so if you are still in the area around noon, give me a call, I will even take time off earlier if you need someone with you.

I'll PM you my cell. Give me a call tonight if you want to know more what to expect during your appointment. The office is in the back right along side the Metro Rail Station so just head for the back of the complex.

Hugs to you!
Corinne,
I am so very happy that you are close by as well.
Lauren
