Schatzie's teeth did the same exact thing your Mia is doing. I took Schatzie to the vet so her teeth could be examined. My vet said to give it a few weeks to see if the baby teeth would fall out on their own, and if they didn't then they would be pulled.
He said her bite was really nice and not to worry at that point. Well, those stubborn incisors never came out naturally so she had them pulled during a recent surgery.
