Hmm...Asia will be risky. I mean, even humans need vaccinations for all types of things down there (hepatitis, tetanus, etc.).

And not only will you have to buy bottled water (I never drank tap water when I went last summer), you'll have to buy bottled water for your yorkie too! And remember the food is different. You'll have to bring her food everywhere. Plus, what's going to happen when you can't bring her on an excursion or a restaurant? Are you going to leave her in the hotels? Foreigners are quite sketchy to me. I wouldn't trust myself alone in Asia...but that's just me! =)

I guess it's your choice. I've seen tourists bring dogs to foreign countries. Mind you, they were bigger dogs.
