Mia lost her tiny front teeth and they have almost all now come back in. Last night I heard her GRINDING her teeth for the first time. This morning I checked and her incisors (the long pointy ones - 2 top & 2 bottom) are still there and there are new ones coming in inside the others.

Should I take her to the vet for pulling now, or wait til they come in some more. The have just poked through. One day nothing , next here they are.

She plays tug all the time, but I can't really feel if they are loose or not.
