Prepare apple pie mixture and put in oven loosely covered with foil for 55 min.
While the pie is baking prepare your crumb topping mixture - set aside
Prepare the sour cream mixture - set aside
After 55 minutes - pour the sour cream mixture over the apples then top with the crumb topping and put back into the oven.
