Well, if her blood sugar is high - amylase would naturally be higher too bc amylase is the enzyme that uptakes sugar. Her labs could be off simply from having such a bad episode of nauseousness - that can throw electrolytes off.

I wonder if she got into something outside - my guys have before and it's SO scary not knowing what's going on. I always try to feed extra water, get some rice or potato in them asap, give nutrical, check gums - you could even give a bit of pepto if she is still nauseous.

I'm not too surprised by the shaking - vomiting can pretty violent and scary for these little babies. I DO hope she is feeling better!
