I believe you can find all kind of casters (light weight, or the one are reduces vibration...). I, personally, just ordered casters from here:

I think I can handle a bit heavier table in exchange for a more pleasant right for my pups. And BTW I don't see where do I need to do much "heavy lifting" if I'll put all my bags & carriers on top of the table?
