Ok since I want my pup tomorrow there isn't enough time to actually sign a contract and mail it (I will ask her about faxing BUTTTT if that is not an option for her) She emailed me the contract for the pup and she told me to just reply back that I agree and that will be suffient enough but I am having her put the weight of the pup on the contract.....like she weighed my pup today and she will be shipping her tomorrow...(only because she looks a lil bigger on the pics) I just want to guarantee she is the weight that she is telling me so I asked her to just type in her name and date it on the SELLERS blank since we dont' have enough time for her to actually sign it and email it to me and give send me the signed copy with the pup....Will that work, because what happen if I get the pup and she is like 4lbs but the breeder says she is 2lbs can I use that typed up contract as suffient evidence as her not following the contract??
