Welcome to YT. Regardless of whether you get a girl or boy if you don't exercise and pay enough attention to it you're going to have problems. If you really want a little man then I'd get one, just realize all the responsibility that comes with them. Both girls are strong willed, and are big on catching onto potty training right away. I had three. Two were completely potty trained, and one just drives me crazy. I do have to say he's trying now. Best wishes with your choice.
