I'm wondering where the legalities with the ring come into play when it is part of the show. Normal laws usually state that if a girl breaks of an engagement, she must return the ring, but do those laws apply in this setting? After all, the ring isn't really purchased by "the bachelor" so must it be returned to him?

These are the kind of things I've always wanted to know...

I def. think the producers buy the ring...but idk if she has to return it or not, i wonder too!
