One thing to think about is in the future get a traditional car loan... that way the bank will ck that there is no lien of it because they want to be able to reposses it if payment is not made... I'm not sure how an individual would go about checking that on their own... Maybe contacting the DMV before the purchase... It is really scary what ppl will do for money... I'm just so sorry, but I really think that what you need is a miracle...
