yes that does make since. but, a lot of people go into a petstore looking for a purebred dog that they want to register and all that stuff. i know there are also the ones who just go in looking for a pet, thats where the part that its really important to educate comes in, but the ones who want to register aren't going to pay a LOT of money for a dog, if they can't register it. thats just a small part of it, i know. but it would still take a HUGE chunk out of what the millers are making.
