I hate to admit what I paid for Lacey but could not be happier with either one. Chloe is silver/tan, weighs 7 llbs, is very smart and Lacey is 9 mo., more the "typical" blue/tan and weighs 3 llbs, just loves being the alpha dog and sticks closer to me than glue. I am retired, so have plenty of time to be with my girls. I've been reading on the general discussion site about problems with training, whining, etc. Maybe I am lucky but my approach was to crate train and then teach them to go outside. They go to bed around 8pm, in their crate, in another room and get up about 7am with me. They have never cried at night, both are potty trained and are wonderful dogs. I'd have a houseful if my hubby would let me. One thing I know, though, they need a lot of attention and if they don't get it, they can get into trouble with chewing and/or wetting. People who leave their yorkies all day and expect a dog with the bladder the size of a fingernail to hold it might have the wrong pet. Anyway, it's good to hear from people in Fl., I had a time finding mine in this area.
