You can contact Agriculture Canada and subhead import/export requirements, but our rescue has adopted animals
into the States and required nothing more than CURRENT vaccine records. I suspect coming into Canada would be the same. To be 100% safe, it wouldn't be a bad idea to also have documentation that the pet has been examined by a vet within the past 10 days. (You might want to ask your vet, they may know....or contact the breeders forums, anybody who shows and travels into Canada would probably know.)
Nine times out of ten though, they don't even ask about the pet, and if you have current paperwork, I doubt that you'll have any trouble whatsoever. It will be far more timeconsuming, frustrating etc.etc. getting your OWN records, permits etc. in order.
