i have the same exact pen as the picture you posted. i have a 2nd one coming for the yorkie girl thats coming to me after the holidays. I have always just used any ol household disinfectant spray and then used a hot wash rag to wipe it down thoroughly after a couple minutes of letting the spray work its magic. if you are reusing the pen from a previous dog the soap and hot water is fine. just make sure you disinfect the pen and wash his bed and whatever else is in there every so often to keep germs away. ill usually spray down everyhing with disinfectant and then wash em in the washer.
keep it that simple and you'll have a healthy yorky for a long time to come. its amazing how simple things like that keep you and your yorkie healthy.
