i don't put a coat or sweater on morgan if she's just going outside for a pee. She's out there for a minute or two and then runs back in. We got snow this morning and she was running circles in it. I had to call her 5 times to get her to come back inside. I was freezing but she wasn't bothered by it at all. When we go for walks though i put a coat on her. In the deep snow, i shovel a path in the backyard for her to go potty, but once the snow hardens she just walks on top of it.
