that could be a sign of luxating patellas. How old is parker? he's still a baby isn't he? I'd get him checked by the vet and if it is LPs i'd inform his breeder. Having LPs at such a young age is genetic and his parents shouldn't be bred again. plus your breeder may give you some money back or pay for his surgery if he needs it. are LPs covered in your health contract?
