I live in PA. Yes, mine all wear a sweater or coat outside. Mine are litter trained to potty inside. All except for Roy (13) he is outside trained. Hubby shovels him a litlle area to potty. I wish I would of known about litter when Roy was a baby. The winter is just too cold for Lewis and Flossy to be outside. I would say, stock up on sweaters if your lil one is outside potty trained, and be careful not leave them on the ground too long. The cold is really harsh the paws
