I don't know what happen!! I am soooo happy it happen when it rained and lil crazy girl wouldn't run like crazy. It is bad because I am paranoid more that ever. We tried the snap on the leash with a handbag. We tug and pulled but it didnt come off. Well this leash is NO MORE here.
