It's really hard to tell with Pebbles from that picture - Misty looks alot like Chanel did at that age - Chanel is cottony...a GREAT shampoo is very important and I also would always use a leave in - Cotton coats are WAY harder to keep up with....I think if you put your hand on their back and it's springy to the touch you may be looking at cotton -
SILK lays flat - Cheri has silky hair and it seems to be thinner and moves more when she walks than Chanels does.
