  My family's favorite way to have sweet potatoes is....MASHED. 
 Super simple.
 
 I scrub the potatoes, prick the skin, rub liberally with butter and roast them until they are soft and squishy. Peel the skin off, dump potatoes in a bowl, add butter, salt, and pepper. Mush them up and Voila!
