It seems like that would be too hard on their system. My stomach has issues everytime I have vinegar and I am far larger than a yorkie. So I would discontinue that. Every dog has a different system so just because Hobbs isn't reacting to it doesn't mean it's not bothering his system, does that make sense? Some just don't have symptoms or external reactions but it may be doing damage internally. Aynway, sounds like they are both doing well. Call me if you want to chat or get worried.
Thank you SO MUCH, Nobie!!!!!! I did the apple cider vinegar for several reasons.........many have said that it has all kinds of holistic healing effects and Hobbs has dry itchy skin. So I was trying to see if it would help his skin. Second, my lab has a horrible nasty habit of poop eating. He eats the yorkies' poop before it even hits the ground. The guy at the pet food store said his dad put apple cider vinegar in the water and it makes the poop taste bad so it won't be eaten. So, I thought I would try it. But I'm not going to do it anymore! That's for sure!
