Patti, sorry about you BP being so high.
I also have high BP but the meds are working for me.
Sometimes it takes a couple tries before the right one can
be found. A girlfriend of mine is actually on two different ones
plus water pills. It took a while before she was regulated.
Are you just finding this out or did it just go high recently?
Avoid salt, like you probably know but salt is in so many things
we eat and we don't even realize it. Check the labels.
I do hope the doctor gets it regulated for you. Worrying about
it also will make it go up. Take care and feel better. |
