As long as the parents of the pups is AKC, they will be registered as AKC. The only way AKC will suspend their rights is if they continually have a nasty, filthy kennel, are abusing the dogs, or if the pups never pass the DNA tests and if they do not keep up with the registration paperwork. If animal control is called and these people are to go to court and fined, I think AKC will step in and suspend the breeding rights as well. I dont believe AKC will get into your business and regulate what you sell your puppies for. |
