I would say if you don't want a dog that is stubborn, could be hard to train and is queen of the universe (females) then I would not get a Yorkie. There is something very special about this breed though. They have a very unique personality. Just look at this forum. There are over 20,000 members for a reason. It does sound like you live the perfect lifestyle for a Yorkie. Some Yorkies are easily trained but some have "issues" that keep a person very busy. You may have to deal with barking, hating their crate, pottying in the house and picky eating.
