I have had a poodle before too and I loved her very much. She was wonderful but I can say that if I had to choose it would be the yorkie. Murfee has been no trouble at all. I also was at home...like you married for 39 years with 3 grown kids....so training him was NO trouble at all. We travel with him and he is wonderful in the truck and camper....doesn't bark much, adjusts to where we are, is easy to take shopping and sightseeing. He does pout...but it is so cute. He is stubborn...but always comes around. He is very devoted to mommy but loves daddy and my kids and grandkids. Good luck whatever you decide. Oh and welcome to YT
