I though it could be the cleaner, because a few weeks ago I got one at dollar tree and it didn't look like it was a great quality. Because Bengi almost didn't have accidents I didn't mind. Maybe I messed it up with that!!!
I got a Woolite on Saturday, I used that one before but never have problems. I might have to clean the whole area with steam.
