My Ricky is like that, he is so skinny you can count his ribs and see his backbone. But, he eats like an elephant and the Vet says he is very healthy. His breeder says some dogs are like some people, no matter what they eat they remain skinny. As long as he is eating, and is active, and you've had him checked by the Vet, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about, but, at the first sign of something wrong, I would make sure to see the doctor, these dogs don't have enough fat to sustain an illness.
