Einsteins about 9 months now and I think its about time for him to get his retained baby teeth removed and neutered at the same time.

How much did it cost when you guys had this done?
Did your puppy act differently afterwards? (Especially if you think they behaved better since they were less irritated? Stopped chewing/biting so much on things?)
