It could be the dairy products you're giving him (goats milk and cheese). Dogs are lactose intolerant and can't always handle dairy. Some dogs do fine with it, some can only have small amounts, and some can't have any at all. Goats milk does have less lactose than cows milk, but the lactose could be causing the diarrhea
