I really don't know if this is the answer for you, but you may want to try to use an antihistamine. Gracie's vet has her on 1/2 of a 10mg tablet over the counter twice a day. You can try this for a couple of weeks to see if it helps. I should say Gracie weights about 14.5 lbs. Happy Thanksgivings
