I have a cat with bad allergies and she scratches a lot. She's been on antibiotics a lot before too because of the little sores she'll create on her body. I got a medicated shampoo (I use Malaseb) and I use that when I bathe her. You let it sit for 10 minutes before you rinse it off. I also have a mediated leave-in conditioner that I put on her too before dry her. Those seem to really help. So I suggest getting a medicated shampoo from your vet that will help fight microbial infections on the skin and use that regularly.
