Welcome! And my dog is the same way. I have had him for about 9 months now, hes 5 years old and he is very skiddish! He shakes when he hears a loud noise and goes hid under the bed, But when its just me and him and im very calm, hes right by me and very loyal. It will get better, this is just week one. You will begin to miss him when you leave somewhere! And have fun at this site, its awesome!
