Default Maybe TMIm my dog pooped in my car, leather seat, how to clean?

Yorkie talkers seem to know everything, so Im putting aside my embarrasment and asking this. I was taking my 3 to the groomer today and my Maltese is scared to death and on the way, she pooped (loose stool) on my front passenger seat. I have leather seats with the little tiny holes in them and the poop seeped into the seat. I immediately cleaned it up but I can still see the brown underneath the little holes in the seat. I have tried several home cleaners, but am trying to be careful as my car seats are heated and im not sure it the liquid from the cleaner will hurt them. I sprayed several times but you can still see the poo and when you get near you can smell it. I can only imagine how it will stink after a few days. I am freaking out here...this car is only a year old and I have no idea what to do. Any help I would appreciate.
