What I think is nuts is that someone can own dogs and take terrible care of them...tie them to a tree for their whole life but I take care of my dogs..probably better than I take of myself lol..and have to abide by laws that dont really care about that dog tied to a tree its whole life...dumb dumb dumb lol..
