For ribbon color, I think you have a couple of choices: the obvious would be a white satin but what about maybe a gold? I think it would make a really nice contrast with Santa's black belt.
We must have the same size Yorkies! Mine are usually too large for the XSmalls and too small for the Smalls, too!
