shhhh...
my step sister's boyfriend works for Comc*st and he set us up big time. When they came to fix/ set up our Internet, we called him and let him know. He took our work order right outta the computer at their home base, came to set up our Internet and give us HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc.
They came to fix an fallen wire/polel once and took all of our stuff down. They didn't come in our house and the fallen pole wasn't near our cable hookup and they still looked and took it down! We got it back again though
